- Nearly 4,500 participants from 13 NATO and European partner nations are participating in Saber Junction 17 at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany.
- Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) got underway for sea trials, May 9, following a four-year refueling and complex overhaul at Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia.
- Deployed Airmen at the 407th Air Expeditionary Group were given the opportunity to attend the U.S. Marine Corps’ Corporal’s Course to gain vital skills to be successful as enlisted leaders.
- The Madigan Intrepid Spirit Transitions Program is a six-week intensive outpatient group designed to address the complex brain injuries of eight to 12 service members at a time.
