Fueled by Innovation

Air Force Tech. Sgt. Bartek Bachleda took 13 months of his time to innovate a new cushion used for boom operators. This necessary innovation took hold and improved working conditions for boom operators service-wide. Despite the time it took to implement, and the bumps in the road he stumbled upon, his efforts were completely worth it.

Tech. Sgt. Bachleda’s success story is just one of many that could become reality for many service members. Don’t be afraid to act on your innovative ideas and see it through to fruition. If you have an idea, share it.
