U.S., French Sailors Train Together

The USS Harry S. Truman strike group, along with their French counterparts, recently wrapped up a five-week intensive scenario training exercise in the Arabian Sea and the Arabian Gulf. During the exercise, U.S. and French sailors teamed to conduct live-fire, air defense and board, search and seizure training. The exercise aided in improving relationships between U.S. and French allies and helped stabilize the region’s global economy.
