The Vampire Protocol

Over the years, Army medicine has improved drastically to better improve the survivability of wounded deployed service men and women. A new initiative, known as Vampire Protocol, is an example of such. This new procedure greatly improves the time in which life-saving blood is delivered from the hospital, directly to wounded troops down range.
