Air Force Relies on Intel in New Joint Exercise

The U.S. Air Force recently conducted a first-of-its-kind, multi-faceted Combat Search and Rescue and personnel recovery exercise involving all of Beale Air Force Base’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Rescue, or ISR, weapon systems with the support of the California Air National Guard’s 129th Rescue Wing.

The airmen were able to practice recovering a downed pilot who had been taken hostage with the help of intelligence gathered using the ISR weapons systems. Check out this video that shows them in action!
