Fire and Forget

The Pentagon Channel‘s Staff Sgt. Josh Hauser interviewed the editors and contributing authors of a new book of fictional short stories, written solely by veterans and a military spouse, about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Spoiler: Staff Sgt. Hauser is in one of the stories.

“For a vast majority of this nation, the military is a curiosity; it’s something that they don’t interact with. It’s an institution of faceless, nameless people and in someways, I think Fire and Forget can help bridge that,” said co-editor and contributor Matt Gallagher.
