U.S. Army Band, Japan Performs at Budokan

It’s officially called the Japan Self Defense Force Music Festival, but to the U.S. Army musicians that play here it goes by a different name, Budokan. Army Sgt. Cameron Blackhurst explains the significance of this performance for the U.S. Army Band.
