Learning and Healing at the NICoE – CWO4 Garrett

After sustaining five concussions in 23 years, Chief Warrant Officer 4 Kurt Garrett explains how the group and individual therapy sessions at National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) in Bethesda, Maryland helped him reduce stress levels and learn he ‘was not alone.’
