Using Military Knowledge To Beat The Summer Heat

The U.S. military has lots of experience dealing with heat in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Walking around in full gear with temperatures in the 100s is something that many service members are used to, and staying safe in sweltering heat is knowledge they can use stateside as well.  That knowledge can help people in the U.S. dealing with record heat this summer.
