Sailors secure an AV-8B Harrier to the flight deck of the USS Peleliu before refueling the aircraft during daily flight operations as part of PHIBRON Three and 15th MEU APHIBRON-MEU Interoperability Training off the coast of southern California. The purpose of the exercise is to give Marines and sailors the opportunity to become familiar working together as a blue-green team, a must when it comes to flight deck operations. (DVIDS)
