Coaching your Veteran Towards Care

Strength and independence on the battlefield whether by land, air or sea is a hallmark of military service that can turn into an obstacle when seeking help at home. The Department of Veterans Affairs has developed a program to help a veteran’s support system at home guide their loved one to the help they need.

Coaching Into Care works with family members or friends who become aware of their Veteran’s post-deployment difficulties—and supports their efforts to find help for the Veteran.

Go to the Coaching into Care homepage or  visit the resource guide.
