It was hard to believe as an ally of the United States, it was hard to believe as a Canadian that such a large strike could be made basically in the heart of the United States,” said Canadian Col. Philip Garbutt. Col. Garbutt shares his story about what it was like for him as a member of the Canadian military forces when the twin towers and the Pentagon were attacked on September 11th, 2001.
