U.S. Army Offers Mental Resilience Training

The U.S. Army is offering a variety of strength-based, positive psychology tools to help Soldiers, Leaders, and their families effectively recover from adversity. Formerly known as Battlemind Training, the new Resilience Training targets multiple phases of the Soldier deployment cycle, life cycle, and support system.

Institutional Resilience Training helps Soldiers establish a foundation of mental health skills that reduce stigma from seeking treatment, and is tuned to the specific phases of a Soldier’s career.

Operation Resilience Training helps Soldiers transition from deployment and back home again, including managing the different realities of life at home and life on the field.
