Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center Offers Resources for Treatment

The Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center is offering a variety of resources for service members during Mental Health Month. The “Minding Your Mental Health” section offers information to help people make informed decisions. However, these resources are no substitute for treatment or expert advice from mental health professionals.

Divided into “Mental Health Facts” and “Mental Health Topics,” the section not only offers advice on how to help others, but also how service members undergoing emotional or mental hardships can help themselves. Covering topics like suicidal thoughts, anxiety, anger, gambling, and a broad spectrum of issues, the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center provides a dearth of useful information for people who know someone or people who are in need.
