At a recent Navy and Marine stress conference hosted by the Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control Conference (NCCOSC), thirteen nationally-known cartoonists demonstrated the importance of humor in mitigating stress to the sailors, marines, caregivers, and family members in attendance.
Cartoonists present included Greg Evans and Bill Janocha, who draw the military-themed cartoon “Beetle Bailey,” and Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Ramirez, creator of “Luanne.” For the full story, visit Navy.mil.
