    Dear Admiral Mullen,

I have been informed that service men and women are being charged baggage fees for when they return from over seas duty. Airlines have a waive baggage fee policy for traveling servicemen, domestic or international, for up to 10 heavy bags. The service men must present their mil ID and travel authorization when they check in. I would like to know if a generic form letter for airline travel could become reality where name and destination are left blank and signable by their chief?

If you want to cut the budget, start at the top.  Cut all the fat, all those civilians and generals just shuffling papers to justify a slot.  If you need help I can assist, in my 24 years in the service I saw many slots created and I emphasize created.  I’ll assist as a volunteer to not create another useless slot.
