Family Focus: DoDEA Releases Customer Satisfaction Survey

DoDEA recently released its 2010 Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). The survey is an opportunity for students and their parents to leave feedback on the quality of education they receive and areas where DoDEA can improve.

The survey runs from 1 November to 15 December, 2010 and takes less than 20 minutes to complete. The survey is available to parents and students online at www.dodea.edu. There is a link to the CSS from the homepage.

Every DoDEA student and parent with a student enrolled in a DoDEA school can take the survey, voice their opinions, and be heard. Remember opinions are anonymous so tell us what you think!

While you’re on our homepage be sure to check out a :30 second commercial on the CSS and visit DoDEA that we’ve featured on our website and our Facebook page.

For more information on the CSS ask your child’s teacher or principal or visit DoDEA’s website.
