Petraeus Provides Update on Afghan Progress

Commander of International Security Assistance Force & Commander of U.S. Forces Afghanistan

Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, the top U.S. and NATO commander in Afghanistan talks about significant progress despite insurgent fighting.  He says troops, partnered with and increasingly led by Afghan National Security Forces, are carrying out operations that have resulted in a growing number of secure areas.
