The National Intrepid Center of Excellence, a cutting-edge medical facility for traumatic brain injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder, in Bethesda, Md., opened its doors today. The outpatient facility will allow servicemembers to go through an intensive two-week program to detect brain trauma and treat the mental ailments that can result from deployment.
