DoDLive Bloggers Roundtable: Rule of Law Director Discusses Iraqi Transitions

U.S. Marine Col. Darrel Halse, Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission – Rule of Law director discussed the Iraqi transition from dictatorship to democracy during a “DoDLive” Bloggers Roundtable Dec. 23.

Halse explained the Rule of Law directorate and how the Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission helps Iraq by training and advising Iraqis in forensics, evidence collection, human rights and the legal system in order to help them transition as a country.
