Marines and Sailors Save Lives

Recently, sailors and Marines from the Alpha Surgical Company, 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group participated in a mass casualty exercise in Camp Pendelton, Calif.. The exercise included simulation for both immediate surgical and non-surgical care to greatly improve mass casualty readiness in a combat environment.
