Red Ribbon Campaign Educates Children on Importance of Drug-Free Living

The Red Ribbon Campaign began in California in remembrance of former Drug Enforcement Administration agent Enrique Camarena’s death. It’s goal is to reduce the spread of illegal drugs. At Department of Defense Education Activity Arnn Elementary School in Japan, children learn about what Camarena fought for and why living a drug-free life is so important.
